With a new clutch/fly wheel and a replacement differential I spent around $3000 on parts alone with about 15 hours of my time. I figure with a proper lift a shop could get it done in about 10 hours. I fixed a tonne of things (split intake boot, plugs, filters, oil, cleaned maf, vanos seals, disa seal, rear 02 sensors) now she has no codes thrown anymore.
